Our Digital Marketing, Socials , video and SEO projects refunds terms.

We always hope you are happy to commence any project once a deposit has been paid.

 

Refunds are not possible once your project has started. 

 

If you have been given a future start date and the works have not yet started you can request a refund as long as it’s at least 14 days prior to any given project start date. 

​

If the project has started, no refund will be processed.

 

The refund request must be made in writing to  team@livxmedia.com and a reply must be acknowledged and logged by LIV X MEDIA.

 

No refund is given for hosting, maintenance, and or mailbox plans purchased whether it’s paid monthly online or in advance yearly.
