We always hope you are happy to commence any project once a deposit has been paid.
Refunds are not possible once your project has started.
If you have been given a future start date and the works have not yet started you can request a refund as long as it’s at least 14 days prior to any given project start date.
IF THE PROJECT HAS STARTED NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
The refund request must be made in writing to email@example.com and a reply must be acknowledged and logged by LIV X MEDIA.
No refund is given for hosting, maintenance, and or mailbox plans purchased whether it’s paid monthly online or in advance yearly.
